frequently asked questions     Q. Is my payment and information secure? A. Yes!  We process payments through PayPal, a secure online processing company. PayPal helps protect your credit card information with industry-leading security and fraud prevention systems. When you use PayPal, your financial information is never shared with the merchant.  See PayPal for more information. We currently only accept PayPal, Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Discover, and eCheck.   Q. Do I need a PayPal account in order to buy a shirt? A. No, when you are checking out, look on the left hand side of the PayPal screen. There is a link to "continue" if you do not have a PayPal account. You may use a credit card, debit card, or eCheck.   Q.  Do you have a return policy? A. Unfortunately, at this time, My Science Tees is unable to accept returns. The only exception is if My Science Tees has sent the wrong or defective item(s). If the wrong or defective items were sent, My Science Tees will provide a shipping label to be sent back, and we will correct the order.     Q.  Am I able to avoid shipping charges and pick up the items myself? A.  Unfortunately, at this time, My Science Tees is only able to ship items.     Q.  I would like to order shirts in bulk, or sell My Science Tees in my store, can I get a discount? A.  Yes!  Please email our billing department at billing@mysciencetees.com and inquire about special pricing and shipping discounts.     Q.  Who designs the shirts at My Science Tees? A.  Owner/Designer Andrew Denio designs and produces each shirt seen on the website.     Q.  Am I able to get a custom t-shirt made by My Science Tees? A.  YES!!!!
